997 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 997 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms are valid and binding from the date your account is registered.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 997 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 997 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 997 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 997 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. If you forget your password, use the password reset function provided within the platform.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 997 immediately via our support email.
997 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms. Suspension or closure decisions are final unless a valid appeal is submitted.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 997 platform agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations applicable in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without any refund:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack the platform's security systems
- Sharing your account with others or transferring it to a third party
- Spreading false or misleading information to 997 or other users
- Engaging in any form of cheating or game manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
997 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension, withdrawal rejection, or reporting to the relevant authorities — if a user is found to have violated any of the above rules.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 997 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly, and all amounts displayed are in MYR unless otherwise stated.
Deposit
Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Deposited funds credited to an account cannot be transferred to another user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 997 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations relating to winnings received through this platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. 997 is not liable for any tax liabilities incurred by users.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 997 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 997 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or availability of the platform for any particular purpose.
997 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures beyond 997's control.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk and accept full responsibility for all decisions made on this platform. Any losses incurred are the user's own responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 997 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the property of 997 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 997 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 997 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
997 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a Malaysian court of competent jurisdiction.
